Mr. Jay Shanley At-Large; CFO, Silopanna, Inc. Jay Shanley brings over 15 years of operations management, strategic planning, process improvement and financial management to the Institute of Sports Coaching. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Loyola School of Business, he currently serves as the senior information technologist for the Joint Intelligence Task Force-Counter Terrorism within the Defense Intelligence Agency where he manages a multi-million dollar budget. Additionally, Jay is a member of the Parish Council of St. Mary’s Parish, and in this role oversees the operations of a K-12 school as well as religious education opportunities for a 15,000 member church. Jay is also the CFO of Siloponna Enterprises, which manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of investment properties in Annapolis, Maryland. Shanley resides in Annapolis with his family.
