Former United States Representatives from Maryland and an 11-year NBA player. McMillen co-chaired the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. McMillen is the only University of Maryland student to be awarded a Rhodes Scholarship. Currently, McMillen serves as chairman of Washington Capital Advisors a merchant bank specializing in middle market government contractors.
