Seminar Philosophy
|
The guiding philosophies behind the
Principles of Positive Coaching seminars are straightforward: A coach
makes a lasting impact on the lives of athletes, and a coach is more
than a leader on the field. Coaches who attend a Principles of Positive
Coaching session will take away coaching and youth development
concepts
and techniques that can be immediately applied to their coaching situation.
Benefits derived from a Positive Coaching Seminar include a more
satisfying
and enjoyable experience for the coach, the athletes, and the parents
who are aware of the important role coaches play in shaping their
children's future. |
"I have always believed that as a coach, if we provide a positive
experience for those individuals we guide, then those lessons
can last a lifetime."
Charlie McGrath, former college basketball coach, founder
of Positive Coaching Seminars
