November Resource of the Month

Our November resource of the month is now posted!  The US Olympic Committee’s Sport Performance Staff publishes a quarterly emagazine called Olympic Coach and it is available for free on the USOC website.  It is coming back after a year long absence.  Great resource at an unbeatable price!

This month we continue our exploration of YouTube as a resource for sport coaches.  We highly recommend you check out the Human Kinetics USA Channel on YouTube.  It has two playlists–sports instruction and fitness with the first being the most useful to sport coaches.
